You may also see appointments show up in your calendar as soon as we begin running ads. Although we would expect it to take a few days before the set-up we’ve created for you finally beds in.

When you choose to invest your time and money in forming a partership with Propella, we protect your interests by guaranteeing your company complete area-exclusivity within a 50mi radius around your area of operations. We will refuse to take on any new clients that compete with your market and clients.


We form aim to form long-term partnerships with all of our clients, and the best way to maintain this is by protecting your interests. We guarantee that you will be the only company in your area with access to our systems, software and solutions– allowing you to get a leg up on your competition.

How easily can I get support from your team?

We offer support Monday through Sunday, every day of the week. Our team never sleeps, quite literally! We have team members across 2 opposing time zones, so there's always someone watching your campaigns– nothing gets past us.

If you call us on a Saturday with a question, we'll pick up the phone or respond to your messages. We are committed to providing customer support above and beyond any of our competitors.

What is your onboarding process like?

After your introductory call is complete, we will send you an onboarding email containing a payment link, contract and a client onboarding survey. Once we have received all items back, we will schedule a strategy call with you and your team. Then we will begin doing our research, design and campaign creation. We will have a final call to get the green light from you and your team before launching the campaigns.
